Professor Parsons forcefeilded the door. Making sure he couldn't get out. You can't run away. He looked around the room waiting for the boy to reappear Now either give that iPod or you will be spending a few days in the U/D block. This behaviour is unacceptable.

James moved slowly to the window, they were on the ground floor, if he could jump out, he could run.

Professor Parsons listened for any noise. He heard footsteps somewhere on the right near the wall. He held the forcefeild at the door and opened his hand wide. A few seconds later a pair of thermal vision goggles were in his palm. He hurriedly put them on.

James made a lunge for the window. He wrenched it open and started to climb out.

Professor Parsons immediately saw him dive to try and get out. He diplenished the one at the door and made one around the outside of the window before running over towards the boy. Your little tricks may have worked on other people but you'll soon learn that at this school we are prepared for almost any situation He said as he reached him.

The U/D block is for unstable or dangerous pupils. It is also an internal exclusion facility.
