Have you tried sleeping tablets? Most of the time the tablets knock you out so deep that you dont dream.

Yeah, its even worse cause sometimes whatever emotion is the strongest I automatically become that emotion. In other words, if someone was really angry then I'd become angry.

No, its emotions not actions, but I might become as angry as the person that threw the punch or feel the pain of the person being punched.
