Maria giggled and pushed him off, she took the remote, punched in the buttons for the music channel and dancing across the room, away from him. She turned and smirked at him.

Steven grinned. He ran at her and pulling her into a firemans hold. He plucked the control from her, changed it back and threw it onto a cushion n the floor far away. He span a little, swaying her through the air and laughing.

Maria laughed and struggled against him.

Steven spun around a little more. He laughed and tightened his grip a little.

Maria laughed. She gripped his wrists and tried to pull his hands off of her.

Steven held strong and began walking towards the hallway.

Maria giggled and tried to walk backwards, pulling herself away from Steven a little bit.

Steven pulled her back to her original position and kicked the unlocked front door so it opened he walked outside.

Where are we going?
Maria raised one eyebrow and grinned.

Somewhere special He grinned. He exited the main gate and walked left towards a forest, in the opposite direction to where they usually drove in from.

Maria raised an eyebrow and mentally shook her head. She walked with him, smiling.
And where is this 'somewhere special'?

Just down here. He grinned and toom her hand in his, their fingers interlocked.

Maria squeezed his hand. She smiled and walked with him, looking around.

Steven gestured for them to climb over a fallen tree stump blocking the path to the right and, once over carried on walking.

Maria climbed over it and followed him. She looked through the gaps in the trees and smiled.

There was a sudden steep uphill jump in the path. Steven held her hand, helping her get up and once up, seeing with her the beautiful opening that baosted such rarities as a calm lake with a small but picturesque beach and serene grass and trees all around.

Maria looked around, mouth open, eyes wide. She blinked a few times to make sure it was real and that she wasn't imagening it. She turned to Steven.
Its....beautiful.

I know, right? He pointed to a small cabin. Come on.

Maria started to walk over to the cabin, still gazing around.

Maria nodded and glanced at the lake again.
