Ghost unphased, shaking with fading adrenaline. He had saved her. But with a price. He stumbled to the ground from holding her exploding body. His body was burned to a frazzle.

Ghost fell with a pained sigh and landed on his back looking up at the night sky.

Scarlette's face screwed up in pain and she groaned. When she moved she hurt all over. She opened her eyes a little and saw the sky above her.

Zach picked up his mobile, confused. H-hello?

Scarlette closed her eyes. It had been a while since that had happened. Over one hundred years to be exact.

Ghost held out a hand and Zach came near. Zach... He croaked. Take Phoenix... no matter how much she protests. He paused, wincing from the pain of speaking. General hospital in New California. Ask for Doctor Develio.

Zach nodded, obeying Ghost's wishes and walked silently over to Phoenix carefully touching a less burned patch of arm and reaching for Zoe.

Zach landed carefully outside a hospital Stay here with Phoenix, Zoe. He said before running inside and asking for Doctor Develio.

The doctor approached and leant down next to her. Zach took Zoe's hand and pulled her away.
