Maria lifted her hood as it started to rain.

Maria watched the humans rush indoors, it was heavy rain. She was waterproof so she really didn't care about the rain.

Steven used every form of communication against them.

Maria sighed and headed down a street.

Steven knew it would take a while to complete syncronization so he sat down and relaxed.

Maria looked up at the sky.

Steven sighed and went to sleep.

Maria shivered a little and hurried on.

Steven awoke later and checked it. It was ready. He tapped a few things in and held his finger over enter.

He pressed it.

Every single chipped robot in the world stopped in its tracks.

It had stopped raining by now, and Maria was still walking. When all the robots around her stopped and stayed still she looked around. The humans were trying to get their robots to respond.

Steven wanted to let it sink in so he sat down and decided to leave it as it is.

Maria frowned as she looked around. They'd just...stopped. But, why hadn't she? The humans were starting to get worried now, wondering what had made all the robots stop. Maria walked up to the closed robot, a man, and waved her hand in front of his face.

Steven turned on the television to the imminent breaking news message and a human reporter, for the first time in years, speaking of how every robot in the world had simultaneously been disabled. He began talking of Starprise and how their complaints and customer service had also been disabled from such a gigantic overload of calls.

Maria looked around again, there was a news van across the square that had pulled up several moments before. A human reporter was talking to a camera operated by another human male.

Maria was too far away to hear what they were saying, but she was sure she could guess what it was.

Steven grinned smugly and watched on.

Maria moved away from the male robot and looked around again, the police was starting to arrive.

Someone pointed to her and shouted something about her working. Others looked towards her.
