He grinned and moved it down to touch her skin, holding it firmly, meaning if she breathed out it would cut into her about a cm.

Sam held her breath as long as she could before she let out a little. Tears welled in her eyes as it cut into her skin, a drop of blood appearing. She gritted her teeth and made no noise.
