Heroes School Role Play Thread.

"I didn't like his attitude." Ethan said, still scowling a little. He looked up at Bella and put a smile on his face instead. "Let's go in."

Tristan was happy that at least there was something to do even if it was listening to some speech that will most likely be boring but at least there was a purpose to it. At least from here on in he'd have some idea of what he was going to do.

Professor Parsons ran off stage once again to collect his notes on the table at the side. Seven years here and I'm still always last minute with this speech. He muttered as he walked back on stage. He approached the mic again and cleared his throat in preparation.

Professor Parsons straightened out his notes and looked towards all the newly arrived students once again. Welcome everyone. My name is Professor Parsons. I am sure you are all very eager to start your school time here so I will try to make this as quick as possible. As you will all undoubtedly know, you are all very different from the others in the world. Each one of you will have a range of very special, very unique powers. Very little of you will know much about your own and each other’s powers. But of course that is what this school is for. Whether of your own accord or of parental or government request you are all here to learn everything you can about your powers, how they work and ultimately how to use them for good and in a safe way. You will all be given your timetable as you leave and lessons start tomorrow. Until then you may socialize and get to know each other or use the leisure rooms until curfew, which means you must get back to dormitories by 11:00 and into bed by 11:30. Thank you for listening and if you could file out of the auditorium in an orderly manner row by row that would be great. If you have any questions about the school then you can wait until the end and ask me personally. (Sorry for the long post, had to be done.)

Bella zoned in and out of the speach. She thought about ditching her lessons, but she'd get caught.

(This school has been running for at least 7 years? )

(I have no idea. I guess so now MM has said it.)

Bella got up and stretched. She started to walk out the hall.

Ethan filed out of the hall with the others and weaved his way about through the crowd to try to find people he knew. He would've looked through their eyes but after that long speech they might have run off to the loo and he didn't want to see that.

Ethan spotted Bella the normal way as he looked about.

"So what did you think?" he asked, referring to the speech.

It was so boring, I felt like throwing a chair, said Bella.
She grinned and winked.

Ethan grinned too.

"Me too, except I don't have that trick. I suppose it's a good sign you were able to keep it under control."

Professor Parsons stepped down from the stage and, whilst watching the students file out of the auditorium, carefully navigated around students to reach the area just outside where they were handing out timetables. He grabbed a handful and helped to hand them out.

He quickly organized them into sections of students he would be teaching and students he would not. Then, he picked up the pile of students he would be teaching and set off to their varying dormitories.

Professor Parsons had handed out the first few student timetables in quick succession and after posting one Isabella Smith's he realised his next listed student was on the other side of campus, in the extremely unstable/dangerous block, an apparent no-name. He decided to leave the no-name's until last and moved onto the next person. The name seemed familiar, perhaps an interesting file he had overlooked when admitting them? He immediately checked the background file and almost straight away he remembered why the name rang a bell. He double checked it. It's title read 'Ethan Young', he scanned down to the most interesting part, known abilities, and sure enough one of them read ' Ability Replication', he smiled to himself, he would have to keep an eye on this one.

Bella looked at her time-table and sighed. She had some pretty crap days.
