I can see i'm most likely interupting something, i'll just go then shall i He stormed off and his hands burst into flames, he stopped shocked at how mad he was, he tried to calm down but the flames wouldn't go away.

Tristan was shaking, he didn't know what to do he tried everything even putting his hands underwater, the most obvious way to get rid of fire. And still, it didn't go away, it just sizzled and caused Tristan pain.

The fire started to spread further up his arms, but the fire didn't burn it tingled, a nice sensation spread to the rest of his body. Until he passed out.

Tristan woke up, why was he on the floor. He was sweating like mad. By the looks of his arms the flames had spread right to the top of his arms before he'd passed out. he was to exhausted to move. He crawled up to the wall and leaned against it, drifting off to sleep again. he remembered a pain just before he fell asleep, like he had sunburn on his arms.
