James finally made his choice. He pulled Hoff forward, only to push him off the roof.

Bella looked around for him and tried to get out of Tamal's grip.

Hoff laughed and laughed and he spun in the air. He warped into a cat and landed smoothly on the ground. He looked at the earth below him and looked back up at the roof. He changed back to human form. So long. I'm sure we'll meet again someday He laughed. He turned into a worm and burrowed into the ground, disappearing from view.

"What are you going to do, whoever you are? You're as much stuck in a corner as I am. There's no way out for you. Let her go. You and your friend, that's 2 teenage boys, attacked a school full of pupils and teachers with superpowers. You're outnumbered and outgunned, so to speak. Just let her go." Ethan said, turning visible.

James growled.

Tamal laughed. He held her tighter and moved the hand closer to her neck. You know I wouldn't do that if I were you. He looked back to Ethan. I don't think you understood the objective. It wasn't an anihillation, it was an assasination.

Once again you are wrong. He looked back to Ethan. Now. He said holding his electrified hand close to her neck. First of all, I'd like you to drop the weapon.

Now all the students were safe except the ones Professor Parsons had, Vicky left the gym and zoomed into the school, listening for anyone still here.

A few of the groups of students Tamal had passed and atacked lay around the school, ranging from the slightly injured to the heavily unconscious and almost paralyzed.
Tamal grinned and clenched his teeth. I said drop the weapon. He gave Bella a small shock just to warn him.

Bella tensed and hissed in pain.

"Listen to me first. If your hearing is good enough to have heard me coming, listen out for your friend. Where is he? What's happened to him?" Ethan said, showing him the bloody bat he held. "Listen to what I've said. I have a point about how useless and stupid your method was. Plus, you haven't answered my question about who you're here to kill. Tell me and I'll drop the bat. I don't even know why you're worried about it actually. It's just a bat. Stop now before you're a killer. Stop while you have the chance."

Hearing Ethan with her enhanced hearing, Vicky silently zoomed at superspeed to the door and hid behind it, lowering the chances that she would be noticed to minimum and the chances that the boy would look around the room to minimum. She decided to listen in before acting.

Fearing Ethan would do something stupid, Miss Pine zoomed across the room at superspeed and took a superstrength punch at Tamal, dragging Ethan along and into Tamal, causing his power to swap from invisibility to electrokinesis.

5.. Tamal was cut off. His instincts kicked in and he sent a large amount of electric into Bella's neck and head before he hit the floor. He turned to gas as he smashed into the floor.

Bella dropped and yelled out in pain! She clutched her neck.

Luckily, Ethan now had his power and he managed to reduce the electricity quite a bit.

"Are you ok?" Miss Pine said, ready to administer her blood.

I'm fine!
Bella hurt all over. She could tell she'd be in bed for some time, covered in brusies and scars.
