Heroes Role Play Thread.

Jamie froze with one foot out the window and his knee on his draining board.
What do you want? he asked.

(Is that to Joe or Bill?)

(Bill, he's standing at the door)

"We want to see if you're alright after what happened with the escaped convict." Bill replied.

"So... you left us after witnessing what you did after you followed us to turn your shower off that must've been running since you left for work because you'd been at work all day?" Bill said, suppressing a laugh at the excuse. "Well, it's your water bill."

There was a little cough behind Jamie from Joe, who gave a small smile.

"Hello Jamie." he said.

Joe tried to grab Jamie before he went down but he was too slow. He climbed down the stairs after the younger man, grumbling to himself about not being as young as he once was.

"Don't make me use my ability on you Jamie!" he warned him.

Bill meanwhile had moved to the bottom of the fire escape and he was wondering whether to get his taser out to scare him into submitting, but he thought that might make this one get angrier, which they couldn't risk in case he manifested.

"We have you cornered. Now will you just sit still for a minute and talk to us? You can't avoid us forever." he called up to Jamie.

"Calm down Jamie. We're not going to hurt you." Bill said, giving him his trustworthy look. Joe climbed down a little as he had only just realised that the stairs were creaking.

"Let's get down, at least. This thing might fall." Joe said.

Jamie looked again as his pupils dialated.

The stairs creaking again, and swayed.

"Move!" yelled Bill. "Come on, move! We need to get you both off right now!"

Joe was now on the same level as Jamie.

"Come on." Joe encouraged. "Do you want to die by fire-escape? Move or I'll make you."

Mak me! growled Jamie.
He raised his hand and blasted his power towards Joe. He jumped off the fire-escape and used his power to slow him down before he landed. He didn't know what he was doing, it just happened. He blasted at Bill before turning on his heel and running.

The Ghost gracefully soared around the forests of one of his hidden homes. He passed through the trees, then weaved in and out of them. Totally invisible to the naked eye. After a good 20 minutes of this exercise he slowly glided back down to the floor. He walked across the ground towards the mango tree and picked the ripest one from its branches. After finishing it, he decided to do his daily scan of the surrounding area. For he knew that you always had to be prepared for the worst when in his position.

(Oh, spooky!!)

He flashed quickly into invisibility and flew up and above the trees before swooping down into them and phasing through and around the perimeter of the forest. He whirled around, softly turning with expert ability, scanning through the trees and bushes for any sign of non-forest life forms, barely expecting anything to be around.

(Oh!!)

Ghost stopped. Although he was just being safe he had never really expected it to actually happen. He simply floated where he was for a while, taking in the sight of the first human contact he had had in many months, perhaps even a year. After coming to his senses he initiated his well practised plan. He soared back to the house faster than he had in a very long time and activated some of his self-built camouflage and traps.

Starting to rush now, he dashed back to where they were and started some quick observations. But it didn't seem like a threat after closer inspection. Two targets. Male and female. Estimated ages 21-24 and 13-16? respectively. Seemingly slightly injured possibly? He began to think, although it didn't seem feasible, that they may be harmless civilians. He kept observing them, then discovered the types of wound dressing on the man's arm, he examined it thoroughly until concluding that it was some sort of heavy burn and ultimately knew that there was no chance of a man and a teenager, both slightly injured, one with heavy burns and one with seemingly injured ribs, without at least one of them having special abilities.

( I was gonna do it with jess and christian as you said they had appeared in some sort of forest?) After checking for any sign of them being from the company without success. He dropped down infront of them, halting all his abilities.

(We need Abbi (Star-Fire) to use her char, rules, sorry. Erm, I coud do Jess (concidering its my char) but that could compromise whats going on between Chris and Jess. )
