I'm here to teach you to control your powers. A dream is thesafest place to do it. And plus it'll help you to return to this... He pointed to the house and his family. ...much quicker. Without this help this is practically ... gone! He clicked his fingers as he said this causing everything to vanish except them, meaning they were in some sort of infinite white nothingness.

Yup, and I can control it He looked to Jamie. and prolong it. He looked away. Meaning I could leave you in this nothingness forever if i wished to. But I won't.

I'm afraid not. While I am controlling your dream, I can control a sub-conscience brain function in your mind. Allowing me to be able to keep you asleep forever if I wanted to. He smiled slightly boasfully.

Jamie groaned.
Where do we start?

Well we already know you have little to no control over your newlyfound powers so i guess we'll work our way up to it. He clicked his fingers making a box appear infront of them. We'll start with good ol' telekinesis, try lifting that box

Jamie held out his hand, his fingers reaching for the box. He did as he was told. The box moved a few centemeters to the right.

Good that's good for a first time. The only thing your not doing is believing it. If you don't believe that you can do it then you never will acheive more than that. Jonathan closed his eyes raised his hand and lifted the box high into the air. Before releasing it sending it falling back down. Try again

Jamie tried again, this time harder. The box lifted off the ground slightly before falling back down.

Jonathan shook his head. You do not believe enough in these powers. You have seen many different powers displayed already and have even used your own outside this dream. Yet it still seems as though you can't come to grips with it. He took Jamie's hand and pointed it at the box. He focused and shot a bolt of red supercharging lightning into him. causing his powers to go into adrenaline overdrive. Now go ! He said confident that the adrenline would boost his power.

Jamie tried again, harder, and the box flew into the air and threw the roof.
Oops!

Hahah Very good. Now do you believe how easily you can do it? Jonathan placed a hand on Jamie, and, with a flash of green lightning, took the adrenaline back. He pointed to the floor and another box appeared. Now try again and this time use the feeling what it was like with the adrenline.

Jamie tried again, the box didn't go through the roof but it got off the ground a few inches before dropping back down.

Good Jonathan was glad with the progress and decided to end it there. Okay thats all I wanted to see from your first lesson really. I'll see you in your next dream. He got ready to leave Oh yeah, and sorry but this'll most likely wake you up. Jonathan vanished sending the dream into blackness.

Jamie sat up, and winced. His bruises were ok, but still painful.

Jackie had fallen asleep while sitting still so long.

Jonathan wrote a report on Jamie's first dream training session. After he had finished and handed into the main office, he went on his morning walk to check on some of the prisoners.

Jamie climbed out the bed and walked around, working the stiffness out his body. He stopped next to the door and leant against the wall.

Bill walked from his end of the corridor towards Jonathan after he spoke as they were not at the same end of the corridor.

"We're a reformed company, remember? Seeking redemption? We are not what we used to be."
After this, he headed after the medics to check to see if the prisoners were ok.

Jonathan walked down the corridor and headed towards Bill's office. He knocked on the door. Doubting Bill was in there but it was worth trying.
