She's not jelous of me being happy, I'm never happy and never will be, do you not listen. Now I'm just as hopeless as the rest of you, yet she still feels the need to put me down

Sam held her face in his hands.
Because she's jealous! Listen to me! She's jealous of you because you've got all the good stuff and she hasn't. So, she feels the need to take all that away from you as revenge.

Lillith looked into his eyes
What good stuff? seriously? she took all that away a long time ago, I was just living in denial, I was stupid to keep thinking I was the best

Sam looked into her eyes.
Exactly! You were the best...... Hang on, let me rephrase that, you are the best, she's just saying that she is to annoy you, and by the looks of it its working. Dont listen to her, she's just trying to annoy you.

Ajax had one chance. He heard a small explosion in the next room. He positioned himself a few metres from the door for a run-up. The smoke lingered and twisted around him.

Lillith laughed and sook her head, she looked away
Right, that's why I can't catch a single Angel by myself anymore

That shows that you can work in groups, that you have friends that help. She works solo, meaning she has no friends and cant work well with others.
He looked into her eyes.

Ajax ran towards the door with all his speed.

Lillith laughed
I'll try she grinned and brushed herself down. then she turned to look at him again
You know, for a dick, you're not that bad she grinned snd then kissed him on the cheek before walking back downstairs

Sam laughed and followed her down.
