Sam turned to Lilith and lifted the side of her top where the broken ribs were.
Okay, Lilith, this is gonna hurt, but I need you to stay with me. Anna!
He looked at her.
While I'm doing this I want you to talk to Lilith and keep her calm, okay?

Anna nodded, she walked over to them both and knelt down beside Lillith
Hey Lillith, how's it going?

Sam grinned.
Okay, Lilith, I'm cutting.....now.
He poked the ice through her skin, it was shrape enough to cut through the skin. Blood dripped down her skin and got onto Sam's hands.

Lillith groaned her eyes watering from the burning feeling and the cold of the ice mixing together, she'd of screamed if she could. she opened her eyes to see Anna had moved a few places back, her hand over her mouth, gagging at the sight of the blood.

Sam made the cut bigger and suddenly grinned.
The ice'll start to make the skin numb, Lilith, so the pain'll go soon.
He cut depper, water and blood dripped off his hand.

Anna, I feel like I'm going to be sick

Ruby, I'm gonna need another piece of ice soon.

Sam chucked away what was left of the melting one and took the new one.

I know that Sammy, I'm not stupid Lillith rolled her eyes
since when did I call you Sammy? she looked quite digusted wit herself for it, but at least shje wan't focusingon the pain

I dunno, you tell me? Ruby must be rubbing off on you.
He smirked and made the cut bigger, he saw the ribs and winced, they hadn't punctured anthing at least. He worked on setting them back into place.

Sam rolled his eyes at them both and tugged at the last rib. It was jammed.
Lilith, this is really gonna hurt!
He pulled on it hard and yanked it back into place.

Lillith screamed as loud as she could and she ended up hitting Anna by accident

Sam set it back in place and muttered, Sorry.

Lilith laid back on the ground breathing heavily

it's okay her eyes were starting to water

Sam smiled when he got them in the right place and waited for the wound to heal.

The wound started to close and Lillith sighed in relief
I'm so happy that's over

Sam wiped away the blood, using the rest of his cutting tool to clean away the blood by melting it. He smiled.
Me too, I hate cutting into people.

Sam smirked.
I've been a damon for fifty years, and I've been on many team missions, I've had to do a lot of things you dont know.
He winked and grinned at her.

Lillith nodded and smiled
Alrighty then she sat up and groaned
