2046 Role Play.

The balls landed with perfect precision. The first one enveloped into the floor before they knew what was happening. Suddenly, with a bright white flash, it exploded into a massive sphere of desolating light, killing and destroying everything around it.

Selena grinned.

The guards sizzled screams of agony were symphonies to Steven's ears. More of the bright blue capsules burst into the ground they were aimed towards causing multiple flashes and explosions.

Maria shielded her eyes.

Steven held the gun steady as more guards frazzled into ashes.

Selena grinned and looked at Maria.

Steven stopped shooting and finally listened to the eerie silence.

Selena listened for something.

Steven gestured silently for them to get up. He put his finger to his lips and mouthed 'Stay low and be silent' to them. He crouched and snuck through the large expanse of decimated warehouse.

Maria nodded and followed behind him quickly.

Selena brought up the rear and checked behind them as she walked.

Most of the men had been vaporised but occasionally there would be half a blackened corpse or a charred limb strewn around.

Maria tried not to look at them.

Selena didn't look either.

Steven heard muffled sobs from around the corner. He whipped out a pistol and carefully turned the corner. He saw a heavily injured man on the edge of death. Various pieces of his body were missing including alot of his fingers, everything from his right knee downwards and a few features of his face. The man looked up with his one working eye and rasped a few words, beggind for death. Steven took pity on him and sent one bullet straight into his temple.

Selena looked away when Steven did it and Maria turned around completely.

After some more navigation he found the large steel door. He began unlokcing each individual bolt.

Selena helped him.

Maria stood a little away.

With both of their efforts they quickly had all the bolts and catches undone. Finally, Steven pulled the two handle and began stepping back. The heavy steel doors slowly snaked open.

Selena stepped back and watched them open.

Steven peered in to an empty room with a single metal door on the other side.

Selena looked at the door and then at Steven.

That's it. He paused. He's in there.

Selena nodded.
"They wont let us find it this easy," she said.

I know. Something's wrong. He looked at the floor inspectingly. One sec, don't move. There could be booby traps or pressure plates.

He ushered himself and them so they were stood back in the doorway then he got on all fours and studied the levelness of the ground, looking for any bumps of bits out of place.
