He collapsed unconscious.

Alfie couldn't get to sleep and left the house.

Janie walked down a street, glancing around at the emptiness of it.

Zanie sighed, giving up and kept running.

Alfie walked down his quiet street in the darkness of the night.

Janie ran a hand through her hair as she turned a corner, looking at the pavement as she walked.

Alfie turned the corner at the end of his road.

Freddy stayed unconscious.

Zanie reached where she wanted to be and looked around.

Janie turned another corner and slammed straight into someone. She gasped and managed to stay up right. She glanced up at the strangers face and recongised Alfie. "Hey, Alfie," she said, smiling. "Long time, no see."

Alfie stumbled back before smiling Yea, where y'been?

"Just out and about, you know," Janie said. "How about you?"

Here n there. Working at dat new restraunt call'd Torinoes He smiled, Cudn't sleep either ey?

"Yeah," Janie said. "Well done on the job, mate, and, why are you speaking like that?"

Den'ist. He opened his mouth to reveal a four teeth bridge in his mouth.

"Ah," Janie said, laughing a little. "Why are you out at this time?"

Cudn't ge'y a sleep He scowled at his tooth bridge and tried to straighten it with his left hand, managing to make it a little better. An' you?

"Working," Janie said, frowning a little. "I got the late shift."

Oh, ouch He said, distinguishedly.

"You okay?" Janie asked.

Yea am good. Tired. He paused. So you wanna do some'in?

"Yeah, sure," Janie said. "Want a coffee at my place? Or aren't you allowed to drink anything?"

Yea i'll be fine. He smiled.

"come on, then," Janie said, smiling to him. "Let's go to my place for a coffee." She grabbed his hand and pulled him back down the street towards her apartment.

He grinned and went with her.

Janie pulled him across the road and up the stairs to her apartment block. She dropped his hand to unlock the door and stepped in.

He grinned and stepped in after her.

Janie closed the door after him and headed over to the lift, pressing the number five.

He waited with her.
