Liz ran a hand through her hair as the words clogged her mind, making it ache. She massaged her temples again, hoping to ward off any headache that might be coming.

Liz swung her bag over her shoulder and headed back to the school. The voice got louder still til it was almost screaming. She squeezed her eyes shut and stopped in mid-step.

Liz glanced at him. She was going to say something when the voice reached its peak and her eyes rolled back in her head. She dropped to the ground in a dead faint.

He gulped and caught her before she hit the ground. He laid her down and thought about going to get help but he didnt want to leave her.

The voices were no longer in her head, nothing was in Liz's head, just her own thoughts. She was paler than usual now and the contents of her bag had fallen out when she'd fallen.

The kid ran back with the headmaster and the deputy head.

"Okay," the headmaster said. He turned to the deputy. "Go and call and ambulance."
The woman nodded and ran off. The headmaster turned back to Connor.
"Was she complaining or anything at all before she collapsed?"
