Reena came out of her room and pretended to have just awoken as she climbed through the hole.

Mike decided to get up and get dressed.

Chloe walked out of the bathroom, still clutching the glass.

Reena smiled at her. Hey

Chloe smiled back to her. "Hey," she said in a slightly croaky voice.

Chloe glanced at Gerald. "Just been sick, that's all," she said.

Gerald nodded then resumed his conversation with Mark.

Reena nodded Oh, well I hope you feel better soon.

Chloe nodded. "Thanks," she said, sipping her water.

Reena glanced at Mike's bedroom door then back at Chloe.

Mike stepped out a few seconds later and yawned.

Gerald nodded in conversation before turning to the rest of them. Me and Mark are heading out for some things.

Chloe nodded to him, looking a little sad.

Mike nodded and shrugged. "Want me to come with?" he asked.

No we'll be fine. He nodded to Chloe, smiling comfortingly.

Mike nodded back and sat down.

Chloe smiled a little and gave him a quick hug.

Reena smiled at her Dad then at Gerald and went to sit on the sofa as both men left.

Chloe watched them go and glanced at the kitchen, deciding not to risk the smell again. "I'm going back bed for a bit," she told the guys before disappearing into hers and Gerald's badroom. She closed the door.
"Bye!" Mike called to her.

Reena lay down fully on the sofa.

Mike glanced at her.

Chloe set the glass down on the bedside table and climbed back into bed.

She didn't see him looking since she was facing the sofa back.

Mike sighed and relaxed a little.

She breathed in calmly.

Mike closed his eyes a little. "What do you think those two are up too?" he asked.

I dunno, does it matter? She smiled and sat up.

Mike shrugged. "Just wondering," he said, turning his head to look at her.

She smiled and got up before heading through the gap.
