Chloe sighed. "Fine, but I can't sleep anymore."

So memorise digits of Pi He joked.

Chloe raised an eyebrow. Yeah, because Math is something I need to know right now, she told him. Please.

He laughed and head for the exit, grabbing a pump action shotgun from the side.

Chloe sighed and rolled her eyes. She sat down on the couch and pulled her knees to her chest.

Mike glanced around the roof. He frowned and clutched his gun.

Gerald left the apartment then realised Mark had disappeared as well as Reena. Mike was on the roof so Gerald decided to head up there.

Mike sighed and ran a hand through his hair, thinking. He tucked the gun into the back of his jeans and glanced at the city.

Gerald emerged from the fire stairs onto the roof and saw Mike. Any luck?

Mike glanced to him and shook his head. No, she's not up here.

Okay, we'll carry on the search downst- He managed to say before slumping to the ground from the blow to the head he recieved from the firgure behind him.

Shit! Mike growled. He pulled his gun from the back of his jeans and pointed it at the figure. Who are you?!

The figured moved to the side as the heavy fire stairs door slammed shut. He bolted it from the inside, then head downstairs.

Mike ran over to it and muttered under his breath. He rammed his shoulder against the door again and again to try and get it to open.

Chloe rubbed the back of her neck and sighed, closing her eyes for a second.

He found the apartment and slowly and quietly opened the door.

Chloe rested her forehead against her knees and fought back the feeling to be sick again.

Mike rammed his shoulder against the door and groaned, pretty sure it would be bruised in the morning. When it wouldn't budge he ran over to Gerald and shook him. Gerald, get up!

He pulled a signature knife and knocked on the bedroom door.

Chloe frowned a little and lifted her head to look at the door. What's the matter, Gerald? Did you find them? she called to him.

Its not Gerald, its an old friend. Scizak said with a grin.

Chloe's eyes widened when she heard his voice and she gasped. She climbed off the bed and pulled her gun from underneath the bed. She pointed it at the door. Don't you dare come in here! I'm armed.

So am I. I also have Gerald somewhere, bleeding a lot. And you not cooperating will waste valuable seconds he needs. He smirked.

Chloe swallowed and her hands shook. What do you want? she asked him, biting her lip.
