Stephen couldn't see anything. He clutched around aimlessly in the dark.

(recap: siren is in the back of damons car. damon is looking for phoenix and siren has found out that phoenix is alive from him. phoenix and ghost were having of fun ghost slipped fell out of the window and when phoenix looked outside he was nowhere to be seen. its now a week later)

Phoenix hurried back to the hotel and shut herself in her room. She flopped - face down - onto the bed and sighed.

Stephen's hands found a small circular object, he pulled at it but it didn't budge. He stepped forward to carry on seaching only to be held back. His hands felt there way to his right leg. It was chained to the circular object.

Phoenix groaned into the pillow and lifted her head. She rolled onto her back, grabbed the TV remote and switched on the TV.

Stephen tugged at it harder but it was too strong. The room was suddenly lit up blindingly.

Phoenix didn't know what to watch. She flicked through all the channels, finally stopping on a music channel.


(I has an idea! *Dances*)

(looool! *jumps up and joins in dancing*)
Stephen looked around once his eyes had adjusted to the sudden light.

(And I'm not telling you what idea, neither! Even though it involves Stephen.)

Phoenix got bored of watching music channels, if she saw the music video to I've Gotta Feeling one more time, she was gonna scream!

Stephen looked at the woman standing next to the light switch.

She switched on the news and lay down, hoping to fall asleep to it.

The woman smirked and walked over to the desk on the other side of the room to him. She opened the second drawer on the left and took out a small case.

(Is that the same woman that changed his age?)

Phoenix eventually fell asleep.

Stephen watched as she opened the case revealing a small key. She took it out and placed on the desk.
What do you want from me? He growled.
She walked towards him and took his hand before quickly stepping back.
He tried wriggling away but she kept her grip firm. She kept going a few paces back until he was being stretched from the chain. She checked where his hand could reach to and marked it out on the ground.

(*Squeals, is really impatiant* I WANNT KNOW!)

Phoenix rolled over, the remote slipped off the bed and landed on the floor with a light thud. She ignored it and slept on.

Stephen recoiled when she let him go. The woman went over to the desk and picked up the key before placing it a few centimetres away from the line.

Phoenix rolled onto her back again and onto her other side.

That's the key to your leg chain. Good luck. She smirked and exited.
He immediately reached for it but obviously he couldn't reach it since she tested the length he could possibly reach and had placed it further away.

Phoenix's eyes fluttered as she slept.

Stephen swore and coiled back next to the pipe. He tugged at the chain again but to no avail.

Phoenix woke with a start and sat up in the bed. She groaned and collapsed back.
