Heroes Role Play Thread.

Scarlette looked around. She headed for the stairs, rubbing her arm. She checked it at the bottom of the stairs, a large bruise was already forming.

Raven flickered around the room following her whilst unseen to the eye. If there were any survivors she would lead him right to them.

Scarlette headed up the stairs, the weird feeling flowing through her body that she was being watched. She reached the second level and began looking around, holding her arm.

The people just stared at him, terrified. He groaned and phased through the wall.

The woman stumbled out of the corridor on the second floor and into the stairwell. She had to get out of here.

Scarlette saw her and ran over to her.
"Hey, hey, hey!" she said. "Are you okay? Talk to me, what's your name?"

Perfect Raven smirked and blended with the woman's shadow.
The woman stammered and shook with fear.
Ghost floated through the deserted corridors.

"Its okay," Scarlette said, smiling. "I'm here to help. What happened here?"

The woman opened her mouth to speak but never uttered a word. She was yanked down into the darkness that was her own shadow and dissappeared.

Scarlette swallowed loudly and started at where she'd disappeared, mouth open a little.
"Raven!"

Raven crept up her back and rested his mouth next to her ear. Yes my sister?

Scarlette jerked back from him and spun around.
"What are you doing?!"

I'm being me He smirked an dmelted into the shadows, then he was gone.

"RAVEN!"
Scarlette looked around for him.

Raven smirked as he left to prowl the building.

Ghost heard the shout and entered the next room. There was a lone man standing, looking away from him. Ah Ghost. Glad to finally meet you. I've been expecting your arrival.

Scarlette scowled. For gods sake! She looked around the floor, trying to find someone.

Ghost looked at him, confused.
Yes of course, how rude of me. He turned to face Ghost. My name is Jayce. Im the head of Base 5. No need to introduce yourself however. I know enough about you and unfortunately we don't have much time.

Scarlette finished the second level and headed up.

Ghost stood, utterly dumbfounded. What are you... a precog?
Yes. Yes i am. But that neither here nor there. I'm here to talk to you about a decision which you'll soon have to make. In my visions I've witnessed both paths which means its not yet set in stone.

Scarlette reached floor three, wondering where Raven was.

Ghost listened intently.
I need you to understand that one decision will ultimately change the future but that shouldn't alter your feelings.

Scarlette went into one room and frowned when she saw scorch marks up the wall.

Raven crept towards the main office.

However, saying that you should do what you feel is right and I shan't try to influence your decision as it is your life and although it may affect me I believe that that amount of power would not have been put in your hands without purpose.

Scarlette frowned and ran her fingers over the scorches.

Raven slid along the walls of the fifth floor corridor.

Scarlette left the room and headed up to the fourth floor.
