Chloe was woken up by the smell of food. She rolled over, no knowing that she was on the edge of the bed. She landed with a thump on the floor and laughed at herself.

Gerald managed to finish before her and placed his plate by the sink. He then got out two cups and filled them with water. He put one down in front of her and headed back to his room with the other.
