Chloe felt something move in her pocket and looked down to see the ball rising out of her pocket. She grinned as it started circling her body.

Damon slipped his gun round so he was holding it. He walked down an alise, his foot nudged a can and sent it rolling, the sound echoed throughout the store.

Chloe stood up straight and looked around.

Damon breathed out a sigh of relief and stepped on, the gun still in his hands.

Gerald's ears flicked up and he listened suddenly. Was he imagining it? Chloe had gone quiet. It felt as though there was someone or something else right near him. He held his breath and listened for any sound.

Gerald heard a slight skid. It sounded similar to paws on the store floor. He whippped out the sub-machine gun and headed for the direction Chloe was in.

Damon edged round the end of the alise Chloe was in.

Chloe swallowed loudly and looked around, her eyes scanning the ends of the alise she was stood in.
Animals, she thought.
