Chloe nodded and swallowed loudly.

Damon crouched down, the suddenly silence was piercing and made him wonder. He gripped his gun tightly.

Gerald kept his hand firmly on his gun and cleared his mind becoming one with his surroundings.

Damon clicked off the safety, the click pierced the slience and he winced, cursing under his breath.

As soon as he heard the click he launched himself through the air towards the end of the aisle. He brought his gun up infront of him and snapped the safety off himself.

Damon jumped back and aimed his gun at Gerald's heart.

Gerald popped off three short burst aiming for Damon's stomach and legs.

Damon stepped out and swung his gun around so it was on his back.

Not really. He looks independent. We can just walk away and be happy in the knowledge that there really are others out there. He smiled a took a step towards the door.

We don't even know him. Not all surviving humans are saints y'know. There are bad people out there.
