Gerald put a brick in the doorway and rushed up towards the roof.

Chloe turned back around and frowned.
Oh, dont like the look of that sky.

Gerald walked up the stairs and onto the roof. Ah, I see you spotted the cloud then, you coming inside?

Yeah, yeah.
Chloe turned around and smiled before exiting the roof.

Gerald followed after her.

Chloe entered the apartment.

Gerald entered not too long after.

Chloe flopped down on the sofa just as it started to rain.

Gerald walked in and removed the brick, closing the door behind him. He walked over to the sofa and sat down next to her.

Chloe stared out the window at the rain.

Gerald stared at the ceiling, thinking.

Chloe day-dreamed a little as she stared at the rain.

Gerald snapped out of his trail of thought and reached for the radio.

Chloe didn't really notice him, she was lost in her own little world.

Gerald turned on the radio only to be greeted with the screechy white noise you pick up from in between stations.

Chloe snapped out of her day-dream and looked at him.

Gerald saw her and looked back. What? He asked as he started to check through all the channels.

Nah He said as he finished. So what do you fancy doing?

Chloe nodded and grinned.

Gerald grinned back.

Chloe leaned her head back against the sofa and stared at a small stain on the ceiling.

Gerald sighed.
