Gerald felt the rope fray where he was holding it. Oh for f**** s.... It snapped underneath, he grabbed up and managed to hold on with one hand. He quickly pulled to grab a higher bit of rope before he eventually was safe enough. He made his way back to the top.

He untied the remainder of his rope and slung it over his shoulder in a ring. He grabbed Damon arm and dragged him along the roof towards the apartment.
